Delivery
We aim to process orders within 2 working days of receipt and for items which are in stock you should expect to receive your order within 7 working days. Many of our orders are processed and dispatched on the day of receipt and arrive with the customer within a couple of days, but this cannot be guaranteed, so if you urgently require goods please contact us to check availability and processing time.
If any item(s) in your order is not in stock it will be placed on back order. If we anticipate that we cannot fulfill your order within 7 working days you will be notified via e-mail and given an estimated order/delivery time. You then have the options of waiting for your order, accepting an alternative that may be offered or canceling your order.
Dancewear2U reserve the right to cancel back orders if the item(s) become unobtainable.
Dancewear2U cannot accept liability for late deliveries.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.

Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item you must notify Dancewear2U within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of your order, the deemed delivery date will be 3 working days from date of posting. Notifications of return/exchange must be made in writing via post or e-mail. Please quote your Merchant's Cart ID number and/or Worldpay Transaction ID on correspondence, both of which can be found on your Worldpay Transaction Receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returned items must be sent postage paid by the customer. Please enclose your name, address Merchant's Cart ID number and/or Worldpay Transaction ID and a description of the item(s) you are returning.

We recommend that items are sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid parcels.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition i.e. unworn, in the original packaging and where applicable with labels still attached. Returned goods will be checked upon receipt and we are unable to exchange or refund items which are marked, show signs of wear or are not in their original packaging.
Items returned for a refund - A full refund will be processed within 30 days.
Items returned for an exchange - A full refund will be processed within 30 days and you should reorder via the website. Providing that the items are in stock, you should receive your new order within 7 working days.
Price Policy
Dancewear2U reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders which have already been placed and paid for. |
